L'hôtel est immense et construit tout en longueur. Si vous avez une chambre située au fond du bâtiment, il faut prévoir de longues marches dans les couloirs. L'accueil, en revanche, s'est très bien passé et le personnel de la réception a été agréable. Le point faible reste le petit-déjeuner. Le choix est très varié et il y a de nombreux produits, mais l'ambiance est celle d'une véritable usine : énormément de monde, beaucoup de bruit et une impression de restauration très industrialisée. Malgré la diversité, les produits manquent de qualité et le café est franchement décevant. Au final, un hôtel adapté à ceux qui apprécient les très grands complexes, mais moins à ceux qui recherchent une ambiance plus calme et conviviale.

I have not experienced this level of service in San Francisco anywhere else. The staff was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From ensuring we had rides, reservations and the necessary infrastructure to conduct work from the hotel to the little touches of dropping of fresh flowers and providing yummy treats throughout our stay -- everything was so carefully crafted and thought through. And the views, interiors and food were delicious. To bring this home, when i was checking out, I asked if they had a gift shop and sold sweaters because I needed something warm to weat on the plane. When they didn't have anything, the hotel manager offered me a shawl of her own??! It was the most generous act and completely unexpected. I will be returning the garment on my next stay in San Francisco when I inevitably stay at the Huntington Hotel again. No better place!
