This lovely loft style two bedroom apartment is furnished with basic amenities such as queen size bed in each bedroom, futon, full sized bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, and spacious parking. There is a large backyard (complete with a pear tree) and a covered balcony with picturesque water viewing. You have the ability to launch your canoe/kayak directly from our privately adjoined fishing dock. The location is conveniently located within 5 min of fast food, a variety of local restaurants, grocery store, Wal Mart, and a boutique movie theater. Within 10 min, you can reach beautiful Waveland beaches. Old Town Bay St. Louis is conveniently within a 15 minute drive which includes a variety of boutiques, antique shops, local coffee, beach front bars & restaurants, & live entertainment. There are two casinos located within a 15 min drive such as the Silver Slipper and Hollywood Casino. There is quick and easy access to the interstate and New Orleans is slightly under an hour's worth of drive. You will need to climb stairs to access the apartment.

Trained pets are welcomed with a pet cleaning fee of $25

We offer early or late check in for additional cost. Check in is 4pm or an early check in being 2pm for an additional charge of $20. Check out is at 11am, or a late check out being 1pm for an additional charge of $20.

Kitchen:
We provide plates, saucers, bowls, glasses, mugs, cookware, cooking utensils, spoons, forks, knives, dish soap, and towels. Coffee is supplied. We have a regular coffee maker. Before checkout, wash all dishes and utensils. Please report any broken dishes or appliances before checkout.

Heating:
The property has an air conditioner and heater located in the living room. Please ensure you switch off before check out.

Noise:
As neighbors surround our property and sound travels on the water, we would appreciate it if you could keep the noise down after 9 pm if possible.

Laundry:
A washer and dryer are available for your use. Would you mind leaving linens and towels in piles? Please note: We reserve the right to charge an additional $25.00 after checkout for any depletion of our laundry inventory. (sheets, pillowcases, bedspreads, mattress covers, pillows, towels in bath and kitchen, washcloths, rugs) We appreciate your understanding.

Trash: Our natural surroundings attract lots of pests and wildlife. Please do not litter. Upon checkout, place your trash in the trash can located below the building and close the lid.


Pets: Pets are welcomed. Please notify us before your arrival. We ask that you control any barking, dispose of pet waste appropriately, and keep your pet on a leash at all times while outdoors. Caution: Stairs may be difficult for some dogs to climb—Pet cleaning fee: $25.00.

Please do not dispose of any items belonging inside or outside the house.

Notify us if anything becomes damaged or soiled.
