Bring your boat, your fishing gear, your family and friends to this amazing Sargent coastal front property. Easy access to public boat ramp across the Intracoastal. Relax and enjoy the breathtaking porch view. Large partially shaded deck is great for sipping coffee in the morning and enjoying the sunrise or eating dinner and taking in a stunning sunset. We had an amazing time during our stay! The house was so nice, very neat and clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The fishing was incredible! The property manager communicated in a very timely manner and assisted us with any need or question we had. We enjoyed our time; this is our 4th stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay. 4 adults, 4 kids and 2 small dogs, all with plenty of room. The property was well kept, very clean and plenty of essentials were stocked. The location was very quiet and peaceful and the kids especially enjoyed the hot tub! Everyone had a great time fishing from the pier and access to the boat launch and beach were easy to get to.. The host was extrremely responsive and accomodating. We couldn't have asked for anything more and will definitely be back!

This place is amazing! Very comfortable, beautiful home. Pier was great for fishing right there at the house and loading and unloading the boat. Beautiful beach view and intracoastal view from the upper and lower patios. Very peaceful watching the barges float by. Host is super responsive. Hot tub was very nice and outdoor shower was a bonus. All around great place! Would love to stay again!

Great weekend getaway! Very comfortable beds! I wish the yard would have been mowed but what ya gonna do lol sugar ants got in all the food. I would rent it again but I feel like you might need a new cleaning company! The house is very nice!

Place was great. The only problem we had was that the internet was down the two days we were there. So if you don’t need internet/wifi. You should be good. I’m sure it was a problem with the provider not the host.

My sons and I had a great time. The pier lighting and location on the ICW are prime for fishing. There are also a lot of small canals around the area that produce good fishing as well.

WE HAD THE BEST TIME!! This is our second time staying here and we will definitely be back. Everything was beyond perfect. I can't say enough great things about this place. We are looking at coming back for our third time in the summer 3

Overall everthing was good , when we got to the house , the door wasnt locked, there were some issues with the house it needs a little things fixed, small things nothing major I talked to the host and informed him about them, there was no book to inform us of the rules or like give us the username for the wifi and the passwordfor the wifi the barbeque grid wasn't clean out by the previous user, but like I said overall it was good and we enjoyed our stay!!!!
