Gorgeous Home w/ Sargent Beach/ICW Views

Stunning Beach House on the ICW in Sargent, with a brand new pier with fishing lights built the first of 2022! Beautiful views of the ICW, Gulf of Mexico and the San Bernard Wildlife Refuge. Enjoy fishing, beach combing, kayaking, birding, surf fishing or just relaxing on the beautiful Sargent shoreline! Bringing your boat? The ramp is conveniently located about a mile down from the house!

Inside you will be greeted by a bright and spacious open concept living/dining/kitchen! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need allowing you to feel right at home. A large island for the family/friends to gather around. All overlooking the ICW!

On this same floor is the master suite also overlooking the ICW/San Bernard! This room offers a King size bed with a private bathroom. Two other bedrooms and bathrooms on this floor. One room has a King and the other a Queen.

On the second floor is a tv room with two couches. There is also a large bunk room upstairs, offering several beds and space! 1Full size, 2 twins, 2 Bunks with a full size on top and bottom. This level also has its own bathroom!

This home sleeps a max capacity of 14.

1-2 dogs permitted upon approval and pet fee. No Smoking permitted inside the home. No drugs. No parties/events.

This is a beautiful well-maintained house, fully furnished to make your stay very comfortable. Back door leads to lighted pier on the Intracoastal waterway, and a short walk out the front door takes you straight to the beach. Best of both worlds! The property management was easy to work with and very responsive. We will definitely rent here again!

Family time

My wife and I are celebrating our anniversary as well as our youngest granddaughter preparing to head off to college. While she will soon be eighteen years old she is far too young for us to let go so far away to start another chapter in her life. She doesn’t know this weekend was all about her but selfishly my wife and I know. We have two more grand children to see off in a similar fashion but thankfully that is still a bit away. Non the less the atmosphere we shared in part to the beautiful house on the beach and intracoastal water way made for a memory at wife and I will share for a life time. Thank you so much for helping this possible.

Sargent Getaway

House was in perfect location to enjoy the beach and fishing in the GIWW. We showed up right after Beryl and the owners had everything in order and working before we arrived. Very nice and spacious home. Neighbors are extremely nice too. The upstairs space was perfect for our daughters.to hang out.

Awesome Canal Home

Was our first time renting a home on the ICW and this house didn't disappoint. Our main purpose was fishing and boy did we clean up with drums, bull red, gafftop, sting rays and trout throughout the weekend. The house is very clean and well laid out. The large drive way easily accommodated the multiple cars we had in our group. The kitchen had all the pots and pans needed to cook our meals, there is a separate upright freezer in the pantry and a wine cooler next to the refrigerator. We won't hesitate to book this home again and neither should you.

Family Vacation

This was the perfect house to accommodate our family! All of our adult children were able to come and stay comfortably with us for the 4 days. The pier was perfect! We fished, went to the beach and swam, enjoyed coffee on both front and back decks. No complaints at all! The neighbors were fantastic and friendly! We got there earlier than expected and they allowed us to go ahead and put our frozen and cold food away until the cleaning crew was finished. The ladies were extremely friendly and helpful. We WILL book this house again! Absolutely NO COMPLAINTS! The only thing that would have made this house better would have been bringing our family dog. EXCEPTIONAL house and accommodations.

Great Place to Stay

If you have a large group wanting to get together this is a great place for it. The huge island makes it convenient for serving food. The large table and island seating is great for everyone to be together. The upper deck is large enough to enjoy each other and get away from the sun for a little while. This is my second year of staying their and our family loves its.

The house was perfect for our multi-family trip. The location right on the intercoastal allowed us to keep bait in the water non stop. The beach area past the house was great too! The house was clean, spacious and extremely functional. Our group is excited to plan our next trip!

Excellent property and very clean, neat, and organized. Appreciated the amenities including TVs available games for the family. The one area that could be improved is water pressure/volume for kitchen and bathroom sinks. The kitchen was especially difficult when it came to washing dishes where the volume was low and we could not get the temperature above lukewarm. Another area had to do with the combination lock on the backdoor and the alignment of the deadbolt. You had to pull up on the door handle slightly to be able to lock it. When we first arrived and used the backdoor to enter, the door appeared to be unlocked, possibly because of the misalignment. That said, our overall experience with the place was excellent and we would certainly consider staying there again.
