« when we first came into the hotel room everything seemed okay other than 3 flat pillows on the bed. once we settled down the couch felt wet to the touch , the shower head was also really rusted, the room started to smell really bad like mildew, and the sheets had a yellow tint to them. i had gone to the front desk and let the person at the front about this and he gave me attitude saying that all the rooms had the same yellow tint sheets and that he would show me them all and that i wasn’t going...

« The door latch was broken so we couldn’t even lock the door we ended up going across the street to wal mart to buy a door lock wedge to feel safe and when we got into the room the floor was wet as if someone spilled a bucket of water onto the floor and the room temperature was so hot and it took about 2 hours for the temperature in the room to drop from 88 degrees to 75 degrees. »
