Newly updated stylish and spacious one story home. 4 bedroom 2 full bath and large patio and backyard. Don’t settle for an outdated condo. This is a private, well appointed updated home with plenty of room for large families.



Guest Access:

You can access the entire home and the backyard. We have patio seating, a fire pit and a charcoal grill.



The Neighborhood:

This home is on the north side of LSU campus. Adjacent to Alaska St park. Prívate single family home.



Getting Around:

You can park 6 cars on the driveway. Extra street parking is allowed.



Walking distance to LSU, we are adjacent to the north side of campus.



Other Things to Note:

True 4 bedroom home. There are 3 queen sized beds, 2 single beds and a comfy sectional couch and an air mattress if needed. If you plan to use the air mattress, bring your linens, pillows and blankets.



I have set the max number of guests to 15.



I have stocked the kitchen with basic cooking pots, pans, utensils, dishes, silverware and starter supplies. If you need anything else in advance , please let me know.



Also, I can have the house stocked for you for an additional fee.
