Welcome to The Oaks on Lee, a charming Southern cottage under two magnificent live oaks in Southdowns, minutes from LSU. While our cottage is ideally spaced for groups of 10, we happily welcome up to 12 guests exclusively for LSU football weekends and graduations. This 3BR/2BA retreat comfortably sleeps up to 12 with four beds, a queen sleeper sofa in a bonus room, and two premium adult-sized plush rollaway beds.

Enjoy a full kitchen, indoor dining for 10 with expansive outdoor seating for 12+, endless hot water, plenty of parking, four rocking chairs, a massive 12-person outdoor picnic table, and a backyard fire pit with six premium Adirondacks. Your inviting Baton Rouge home away from home!

The Oaks on Lee is a thoughtfully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bath Southern cottage with a bonus room, comfortable gathering spaces, and plenty of room for families and large groups.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
• Primary Suite — King-size bed, Smart TV and private en-suite bathroom.
• Guest Bedroom 1 — Queen-size bed with comfortable furnishings and storage.
• Guest Bedroom 2 — Two full-size beds, perfect for kids, friends or family members sharing a room.
• Bonus Room — Queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa that provides additional sleeping space while also serving as a cozy place to relax.
• Premium Rollaways — Two adult-size, ultra-plush rollaway twin beds with high-end bedding. These can be set up in the bedrooms or living spaces to give your group maximum flexibility! (Sleeps 2)

BATHROOMS
The primary bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms and bonus room share the second full bathroom.
Our tankless water heater provides continuous hot water—a great perk for larger groups getting ready for an LSU game, graduation or night out.
KITCHEN & DINING
The full kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking, morning coffee, breakfasts, and preparing heavy game-day spreads. The indoor dining area comfortably seats 10, while our massive outdoor picnic table easily accommodates your entire group of 12 to gather around together for meals, conversation, or a little LSU pregame planning.

LIVING SPACES
The main living room offers a comfortable place for everyone to relax together, while the bonus room gives your group an additional space to spread out. For entertainment, the home features Smart TVs so guests can sign in to their favorite streaming services during their stay.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Step outside and enjoy one of our favorite parts of The Oaks on Lee. Two magnificent live oak trees frame the property and create the classic Southern setting that inspired the home’s name.
Enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink from the rocking chairs, prepare an outdoor meal on the gas BBQ grill, gather around one of two oversized picnic tables or wind down by the backyard fire pit.

PARKING & LOCATION
The property offers plenty of convenient on-site parking—especially helpful for families and groups traveling together.
Located in Baton Rouge’s Southdowns area with easy access to LSU, The Oaks on Lee makes a comfortable home base for football weekends, Parents Weekend, graduation, campus visits, family gatherings and Baton Rouge getaways.

Expect a home that’s charming, comfortable and welcoming, with plenty of space to gather when you want to be together—and enough separate areas to spread out when you don’t.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will enjoy private access to the home through the front door using a convenient keyless-entry keypad. Your unique access code will be provided before check-in, making arrival simple and contactless—no keys to pick up or keep track of.

Guests have access to the home, backyard, outdoor gathering areas and on-site parking during their stay.

The property also has a gated parking area for added convenience. Gate and keyless-entry instructions will be provided to registered guests before check-in.
