« Lots of parking. Closer to everything »

« Modern and attractive with any amenity you may need for a longer stay. »

« Although we had a brief stay, It was a lovely and comfy stay. Josiah was extremely responsive to my many questions. And the instructions from checkin to check out were clear to follow. Location was super close to where we were working and had a lot of yummy food nearby. I highly recomend this place for anyone visiting Seattle. »

« The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. There is no property parking but street parking was easy to find. Local establishments (restaurants, bars, etc.) are only a few blocks away. We walked to several very easily. The host was friendly, quick to respond and very accommodating. The unit itself was one of the cleanest suites I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in over 200 cities. Bathroom was relatively large and extremely clean. « Excellent access to Downtown, ball fields and I-5 »

« I must have walked by this hotel more than 100 times when I lived in Seattle. I did not stay in it until I moved away. Gorgeous personal space with a fireplace in the living room. Humongous tub in the bathroom, the largest I’ve seen in any hotel. Very roomy, classic old style with cozy finishes and furnishings. Excellent quality service as well. Large selection of quality restaurants, bars and cafes in the neighborhood. Lots of mom & pop type boutiques too. Ballard is so cool. This hotel is too....
