It is conveniently located just 10-minute walk from the centre of the city and offers a perfect blend of modern comforts and beautiful traditional features. It's very close to the main restaurants, bars, shops, and tourist attractions.

Our Grade II listed Georgian apartment offers guests a unique and luxurious stay.

There is a spacious open-plan living/dining area with a newly fitted kitchen. It’s bright and airy with high ceilings and 3 large bay windows. The living room is modern and comfortable with a 55 inch TV. The dining table can be extended for 4 people comfortably dinner together and a great space to catch up.

The contemporary kitchen with a breakfast bar is the perfect space for a morning cup of coffee. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave, and induction hob, as well as some essentials to welcome you including tea and coffee.

The Master bedroom has a king-size bed with an award-winning Emma mattress. There is also a hairdryer available. The smaller bedroom a double-size bed with Emma mattress, is light and comfortable during a short stay in Bath. Both bedrooms are fitted out with new and comfortable bed linen and we provide fresh towels for each guest.


The bathroom features a large bath, toilet, and basin. The basic essential toiletries, such as shampoo and body wash will be supplied.
