« This property was totally misrepresented and I had concerns from a previous review. I contacted the host and they assured me everything wasn’t working order. When we got there, there was no air conditioning as stated in the description in the house, there was only air-conditioning in the bedrooms. The Jacuzzi did not have hot water thus it’s not a Jacuzzi. Everything was very very old, including all the utensils pots and pans. The house had a very, very musty smell that didn’t go away even with...

« I booked this place expecting a regular private condo as advertised, but it turned out to be a shared apartment with two other guests. I had to share the bathroom and kitchen, which was never mentioned clearly on the website. The owner refused a refund when I tried to cancel, even though the pictures online were completely different from the actual property. The room smelled awful, and I was so uncomfortable that I booked another hotel that same night. This was a very disappointing and...

Check in and Check out was very flexible and easy, as long as no one was booked before or after our party. All amenities mentioned were available. The best part was the strong water pressure in the...

« Not really a host-free stay like VRBO advertises - the reason I prefer using VRBO in the first place. The caretakers, Kuya Bing and Ate Susan, although very acommodating and kind, can come across as overbearing. They live in the staff quarters which is an arms-length away from the back door. There is no cooking area inside the house. All cooking is done in the said staff quarters where they will watch you as you cook. Aside from the location, the main reason I booked this place is for the...
