« I like the location where it was located and easy to check in. But when going inside the room the floor was dirty and the aircone is leaking so there is water on the floor. And the master bedrooms bed is broken one legs. Overall it just need to be deep clean and marinated the place »

« When I booked it, I had a hard time trying to get the name of the property. Okada, City of Dreams and Solaire are three different properties and none of them is the booked place. I communicated that my mother and family will be there a day before my arrival which is why I booked it a day ahead. When they got there, they pushed them to be moved in a two bedroom, very small and only seeing the building as views. I paid for a luxury 3 bedroom apartment, sea view. « I had two pairs of shorts stolen from my room. I had no guests. That means, someone used the key to come into my room, and take two $30 pairs of shorts out of my bag (while I was out)… Unbelievable. »
