« Charming miners cottages in the centre of Burra, within easy walking distance to eating & shops. Quiet, spacious, very comfy bed. Being winter the cottages do get cold but heat pump soon fixed that. When we arrived at the front of the cottages a notice on the gate said to check in around the corner at the office on site so we drove around only to find a board propped against a tree saying check in was now via the camp ground along the road. « Queen bed not comfortable. Hand basin sink hole was rusty. There were no comfortable chairs other than kitchen chairs. Shower has a very deep plug hole that you could easily trip into if you don’t hold on. Staff were very helpful and gave excellent service. Motel is located in a peaceful area. »
