« Très bonne impression en arrivant dans cet hôtel. L'accueil a été parfait, avec toutes les explications nécessaires, étant étranger le personnel a fait tout ce qu'il fallait pour que nous comprenions.
L'hôtel date apparemment de 2024, tout est neuf est bien entretenu.
La chambre était propre, la literie très confortable.
Le petit déjeuner compris était très correct, du salé, du sucré, du healthy.
L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 10 min à pied du centre de Fort Worth, et de la ligne orange amenant...

« Correct mais le système des éclairages sur un écran tactile est totalement nul et inutile de même pour utiliser la douche. Si vous n’avez pas une très bonne vue comme moi il faut sortir vos lunettes pour l’utiliser.

« Parking was in a shared lot. The pics are deceiving. We tried to get a refund but was told no. The entire experience was horrible. The ac did not work and the hotel staff did nothing to fix it. We asked about another room and was told they were all the same. I would not recommend this hotel. We ended up just leaving and going to the Hilton. »
