The Lakeview Lodge lets you enjoy a private boat dock, multiple decks, and spectacular lake and mountain views. The wood-paneled living room has two-story windows with lake views, a brick fireplace, couches and recliners, and a flatscreen TV. The home has both a fully equipped main kitchen, plus a kitchenette in the downstairs space. There is a den with additional seating downstairs. Outside, there are three decks with ample seating and even a table and chairs on the private dock.

Beautiful Bass Lake lets you enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The home is near the Pines Village at the lake, which provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away.

Boat docks/boat slips are not in the water year-round.
No boat or trailer parking at the property.
Large groups may be required to pay a refundable security deposit.
Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
