These apartments are great! I was so happy with the one I stayed in, which was the type that had the separate bedroom to the rest of the open plan cooking/living area. Everything was do clean and neat and the kitchen was very functional, I didn't at any point think that there was something missing to help me cook. Check in and out process was very straight forward and all the information was on the email sent a couple days prior to my stay. I really liked my stay, it made me want to live in a little apartment like that 🙂

Spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen: dishwasher and washing machine (incl tumbler), iron + board, hand-vacuum, hairdryer, airer, nice toiletries, good TV, comfy bed. Very thoughtful touches: tabs for dishwasher/washing machine, salt & pepper, utensils. Location conveniently close to Festival shopping centre etc. Downside: FRI+SAT very noisy from pub garden opposite showing sports games, music until 3am. SUN ok. Monday 5:45am glass recycling pick-up followed by street cleaning machine (came by 5 times - also on Tuesday). Blackout blinds or curtains would be good. I would stay again. The feel was good.

Good Value for Money and Very Central

The unit at Central Point was great for an extended business trip as it had a full kitchen and laundry machine. The unit I ended up in was a bit older than the pictures suggested but I figure that's just down to differences between units. Area was very central with many food and entertainment options. Only caveat is that it could get a bit loud on a Friday and Saturday night which wasn't an issue for me as it was the weekend. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a central location with some flexibility.

Provided the wrong room

I was given the wrong room and was told my original room had already been taken and ask how this happened and they could not answer. I requested my original room but Fisher House could not resolve the issue.

Good amenities, noisy but central locale, bad bed

Great amenities, central and walkable. Wish it wasn't so loud at night when the recycling truck comes at 4am with smashing glass noises. Super disruptive. Also the bed/pillows are terribly uncomfortable. Liked having a combo washer dryer but the dryer function mught as well not exist. More that it brings the clothes from wet > damp, and then you need to air dry from there. Room picture showed a full tub washroom, but that wasn't what was provided and client support said that this picture was a mistake. Just be wary when booking. Overall I did enjoy the stay, the tv was great, and the support from the company was next very good when I complained the room doesn't match the pictures in the booking.

Clean, modern and spacious apartment with nice kitchen. Very central location, a bit noisy Friday and Saturday night but very quiet other times. Internet was slow.

Great location and perfectly formed

Ideally located in the town centre. Stayed during mid week and was quiet over night. The apartment contains everything you should need to make your stay a home from home. Including fully fitted kitch, dishwasher, crockery and cooking utensiles. There was also a washing machine.

Basingstoke Central

Everything was easy and straightforward once I was checked in. Check-in was clunky because there was a missing email that required photo proof of identity, a deposit and parking fees. The apartment is clean, modern and comfortable. It's central location means that you can leave the car there and walk all around around Basingstoke, including Festival Place.

Great option for the town centre

Getting the access codes to get into the building was slightly stressful as the communication was a little late, sparse and confusing. Having said that - there is always someone at the end of the phone. And, once sorted, actually entering the building and accessing the room was pretty straightforward. The room was felt spacious, was very well laid out, well supplied with all the essentials and more, and very clean. The bed was comfy. The kitchen included a large fridge-freezer, full cooker, small dishwasher, plus all the essential crockery, cutlery, utensils and cooking pots and pans. The wifi worked well. Location-wise this cannot be beaten for us as it was about a 1 minute walk to The Haymarket and 2 minutes to a Neros. If you are wanting a decent room close to the town centre you'd be hard pushed to beat this. We were there mid week and heard very little noise. But being so close to the town centre I suspect there'd be a lot more at a weekends. We did not pay the £6 to get a parking permit, but instead parked at the Centre Car Park immediately behind the building. Its £1 overnight from 6pm to 8am. But there are no returns so you have to move the car. We were going out anyway to grab a coffee, so just moved the car over the road to Feathers Yard (a tiny car park even closer to the apartment) and paid £2 for a further 2 hours.

Great Flat in a Centrally Location

Excellent studio flat in the centre of town! Easy instructions on checking-in/out, plus extras to welcome me: snacks & beverages plus toiletries; fully operating fridge, washer, dishwasher & closet safe makes for a comfortable, convenient & secure stay in Basingstoke.

Good apartments, easy to check in too

Great as always though disappointingly not cereal provided for the second time. Breakfast is not included in price but my expectations have now been set!

Nice setup, ok area

Pretty good place, they sometimes provide cereal and milk. Warm rooms, reasonably clean. Area is next to shopping centre and easy reach of station. Checking in is easy. It was quite noisy last time I was there, a boisterous family with a couple of young kids and a very amorous couple upstairs. Good job I use earplugs.
