« The furnace and the gas fireplace both malfunctioned while we were there. The tub drain plug didn’t work. Floors were not very clean. The owner was very easy to work with which made it easier to get the heat to work. Did have 3 bedrooms as advertised which was nice. Was spacious and had a large dining table which we used to play cards at. Overall a good experience. »

« Very comfortable property, exactly as advertised. Easy walk to downtown Leadville. Very quiet neighborhood. One issue with central heating was resolved with space heaters and then permanent repair. Property owner was polite and responsive. »

« It was nice and quiet. I however did trip 3x on the brick pad for the fireplace. I did enjoy the fireplace and the place was fully stocked with essentials. »

« Not a good neighborhood, small dingy, dark bathroom with hair on the floor. Tried to call back on the phone numbers that called me and one was no response and the other didn’t receive incoming calls. Wanted to leave early because I spent a day hiking in the mountains and my wife was scared to walk to the Main Street by her self because of the neighborhood. Run down house. »

« My husband and I stayed here on the last leg of our 25 year wedding anniversary, hiking trip through the mountains of Colorado! Had a great stay! Very comfortable bed, cozy house, clean, beautifully decorated, close to town. »

« Old, quirky, creaky and pet friendly. We (3 adults and 1 medium sized dog) had a comfortable stay that provided for a very nice weekend in Leadville. The kitchen was a little sparse but we were able to made do with no problems. We had a slight issue with the hot water heater but the host was very responsive and got that taken care of quickly which was greatly appreciated. Good location and easy access to everything local. Overall the place was not quite as clean as we would have liked...
