« My time house, Scarlett, was perfect. Has everything I needed and was equipped with all of the essentials. It was super clean and everything worked as advertised. Great location with easy access to everything downtown Leadville and all of the trails. »

« We had a wonderful getaway with 6 family members (including my 96 y/o Father-in-Law) and our 2 puppies. The condo kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook several meals. The place was clean, and had 2 portable A/C units to keep the top 2 floors cool when things heated up in the afternoons.Close to shopping in Avon, and several nice restaurants nearby. Thanks Patricio for sharing your wonderful property with us! »

« We came to summit Mount Albert. We were greeted with the nicest VRBO! Great space, location, showers were wonderful water pressure. My king size bed felt so good. The fireplace was cozy and the kitchen so perfect for our needs. After our summit, to return to this space was absolutely the best!! »

« Very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully equipped and supplied, except we couldn’t find any ice trays. Our one disappointment was that the patio wasn’t more attractive. An umbrella or awning for shade and a few pots of flowers to replace the weeds would have made it a much pleasanter place to hang out. The hot tub was great. »

« This is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting, it has everything you need to host a large group (plates, sheets, etc.) and the labeling in the kitchen is such a nice touch. Cannot say enough nice things about his home and the hosts. »
