Boat House Villa 1 is luxury, contemporary two storey villa, fully self contained, in the heart of Barwon Heads, just off the main street, minutes walk to river, beach, restaurants, supermarket, cafes, specialty shops and all Barwon Heads has to offer. Includes all linen, beach towels, breakfast basket and no cleaning fee. Minimum 5 night stay in December and January.

Boat House Villa 1 has air conditioning and has ceiling fans in upstairs bedrooms, plus split system air conditioning to living area and bedroom 2, electric heating to bedrooms, all electric kitchen with dishwasher, air fryer, and are fully equipped with crockery and cutlery for your stay. 80cm digital television with DVD to main living area, small TV & DVD to main bedrooms, stereo in living area.

Boat House Villa 2 sleeps 8 people comfortably and has 3 bedrooms - main with a queen size bed and ensuite with corner spa and shower over, second bedroom has a queen size bed and a single bed, the third bedroom has a queen size and a single bed. Second bathroom has a large walk-in shower with no bath.

Both villas (1 & 2) have an extensive library of current magazines, books, DVDs, CDs and games. A fully equipped laundry with washing machine is provided. Tastefully furnished and fitted out, the villas have everything you need for your holiday enjoyment.
