« La réceptionniste était très serviable. Les petits-déjeuners sont très bien fournis: pancakes, toast, céréales, fruits, yaourts, jus. On peut demander des expresso si on trouve leur café filtre trop légers . Nous avons fait une pause avant Legoland (20 minutes de voitures). Alentours de l Hôtel : chaînes de resto rapides classiques : Wendy, Burger King.... »

« We booked the best suite in the hotel—a lake-view room. Between the bedroom and the bathroom, the ceiling tiles were damaged. The AC was extremely loud, like a helicopter landing each time it started. The bedsheets and pillows smelled moldy. Thankfully it was just one night, but I won’t stay in Lakeland again. « It was great for the one night I was there. Right next to a big mall with lots of restaurants and a movie theater. Room was great and the helpful front desk staff were very friendly. I didn’t love the smell of the room. Not smoky, just didn’t like the smell of the cleanser. It was too strong. Other than that it was a perfect day. »

« Walked into our cottage, when you see sheets covering living room furniture, there is at auto air freshener sticking out of the a/c vent, and one hanging in the closet, when you go in the bathroom the ceiling is covered in mold. Did have clean sheets and towels. One positive thing was water pressure and hot water. I will never stay again »
