« Très bien localisé sur la marina avec une belle vue du restaurant et une terrasse sympa. Sauna, salle de sport pratique et piscine relativement grande pour un hotel. Par contre bien que les chambres sont refaite (peintures, traveaux...) ça reste un peux vieux. On entend tout les bruits de la chambre connectée. Personnels acceuillant. »

« On the first night, we had a fire alarm at 3 a.m. It took the night auditor 30 minutes to turn it off. No complimentary gesture or apology was offered. The hotel is outdated for a 4-star property. The bathroom silicone is moldy, the carpet is stained and needs a deep clean, and the room was very dusty. The reception staff were not helpful, the phone was not working in a room so hard to get the reception.. and when the shower temperature kept going from very hot to very cold. Coffee and tea were...

« Hotel is very modern and clean. Very easy to walk to from Hull Train Station. Have stayed here a few times now. Less fussed about our afternoon tea booking at the Lexington, where we shared a room with a wedding reception, when our function was a 70th birthday. This wasn’t properly stated when we booked and impacted our enjoyment of the session. »

« Needed a place to stay when seeing a concert in Scarborough. The price was very good, got there and there were clear instructions on how to get in the property which was very secure. The rooms were really clean and plenty of parking by the hotel as well. Had all the things needed for a stay. Staff communicated well in terms of payments and codes to access the rooms. We were able to get breakfast downstairs the next morning and it was value for money. »
