Casita Paraiso is located on the grounds of the Casa Oasis in the barrio of Barra de Navidad. Located away from the noise and hustle and bustle of downtown, but still close enough to enjoy it. Where you can experience the real Mexico. Yes, we sometimes have cows and goats outside our gate. We’re about 20 minutes by foot to downtown Barra, the beach, malecón, and restaurants, but just a 2 minute walk to our local "abarrotes" (store), 5 minutes to the pickleball courts and tortilleria, and about 10 minutes to many of our favourite taco and eating establishments along Nueva Espana (the main Road off our road. If walking isn’t your thing, the rent includes two bicycles and/or a 2 person ATV.
This 2-storey house, with separate outside entrance, comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and washing machine. The main floor area features a small kitchen table with 4 chairs and across from there, a good size lounging area. TV streaming access, is available through a Chromecast device which can access your own subscriptions (i.e: Netflix) from home through your mobile device We do not have cable. Through the sliding glass doors, off the kitchen, is your walkway out to the shared pool. Here is also where you can access your own outside patio/BBQ area.
Off the downstairs den is the stairwell to the second floor. To the left, at the top of the stairs is the bedroom. Equipped with air condition, and furnished with a queen bed, two end tables and large closet. There is another small sitting area to the right of the bedroom. Off this area is a small deck which overlooks the yard and pool area. . There is access here for the clothesline. There is one bathroom ( toilet /shower/ sink)upstairs. There is only air conditioning in the bedroom but ceiling and floor fans throughout. Wifi is included. We welcome you.
