"Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel durant 7 nuits du 14 au 21 septembre. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, le personnel de la réception était serviable et très gentil, l'hôtel était propre, le petit déjeuner était correct sans être exceptionnel. Le personnel de chambre était néanmoins peu réactif, j'ai attendu plus de 30 minutes afin d'avoir du gel douche pour pouvoir me laver car il n'a pas été remplacé lorsque la chambre a été refaite. De plus j'avais l'air d'agacer la femme de chambre quand je suis retournée la voir au bout de 15-20 minutes 3 jours avant notre départ nous n'avions plus de gel lavant pour les mains non plus. Je pense que pour les séjours de d'un ou deux jours le personnel est sûrement plus réactif que pour les long séjour ce qui est dommage. Sinon l'hôtel est très bien placer, a 2 pas de la gare, du métro et de l'air train ce qui lui profite beaucoup ! C'est un très bon hôtel dans l'ensemble, quelques ajustements et il sera parfait !"

"Cet hôtel possède tous les éléments essentiels . Il est propre les chambres sont spacieuses il n y a pas de bruit le personnel très serviable. Le petit dej est simple mais efficace pour affronter votre journée. Le roof top est génial et la station de métro est à 50 mètres et pour finir les prix pratiqués sont plus que raisonnables"

"The room was modern and the amenities were very practical (safe, mini fridge, and gym accessible at all hours). The staff was professional and friendly (especially the team that helped us with hot water on our first night). The location is very accessible, with the Metro line 7 to New York just a 7-minute walk away and a shopping center right across from the hotel. The housekeeping service was perfect, thank you! However, we did have a few "problems." When we arrived, we found a dry yellow stain on the toilet seat (we had cleaning wipes, but it was very visible...) and when we asked for a change of towels, one was covered in bloodstains. We showed the photos to the receptionist, who apologized. We found the breakfast very incomplete: bagels and slices of bread with only cream cheese, butter, or peanut butter as toppings... no ham, cucumber, or tomatoes. There were no hand towels and no cold water (which is important for people who don't want coffee, tea, or juice). There were steamed buns, which provided something substantial, as well as bananas. The breakfast manager made sure that everything was replenished. Our stay went well and I recommend this hotel, which, apart from the minor issues we encountered, met our expectations!"
