The space
Just 160 metres from Barmouth's European Blue Flag and Trip Advisor "Excellent" rated famous Sandy Beach!
We provide luxurious shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash and body lotion throughout the property. We have selected Eden, which is dermatologically tested for sensitive skin, vegan, and cruelty free. The Eden range features a vibrant and unique Green Tea and Lemon Zest scent, suited to all skin types and comes in bottles using Prevented Ocean Plastic (a proactive method of recycling that prevents plastic from reaching the ocean). And best of all, you can even buy your own when you check out!
We also supply a variety of Welsh Brew teas and coffees upon arrival for you to help yourself to.
Bedrooms: The property features 4 spacious bedrooms with 2 king beds, one double bed and a twin sofa bed.
Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Dining Area: Dining Room/ 4th Bedroom with dining table (table can be extended to accommodate 6 guests and additional chairs are stored in bedrooms).
Living Room: A comfortable and spacious living room area with incredible views across the town and down to the sea.
Main bathroom: Toilet, sink and bathtub with over-bath shower. Luxury shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and hand lotion provided.

Access: The property is reached via a private staircase from street level and is split across 3 floors.
Please note that the property may be unsuitable for those unable to climb stairs.
Guest access
Guests have the entire property to themselves.
The property has its own front door and hall way at the bottom of the stairs.
Other things to note
Linen and bath towels are included. Beach towels not included.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
TV with Freeview, DVD player, DVD’s and games.
We also offer a free Bag Drop Service for early arrivals, and a free Left Luggage Service for those checking out, but still wanting to explore the town before they leave.

How can I drop my bags before check-in?
You must let us know that you want to drop your bags off at the accommodation early by contacting us through the booking website.
On the morning of check-in, you will be able to drop your bags at the property from 11am.
You will then be able to check-in as usual from 3pm onwards.
This service is only available Monday - Saturday (not available on Sundays).
Please note that you will not be able to access the property until your allocated check-in time.
If you leave bags at the property, you will not be able to access them until your check-in time, so please make sure you do not leave something that you will need before check-in.
All luggage left at the property is done so at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for any issues that may arise and we ask you not to leave any valuables with your luggage.
How can I leave my bags after check-out?
You must let us know that you want to leave your bags after check-out by contacting us through the booking website.
After you have checked out (10am), you will be able to leave your bags with us at our nearby bag store.
This service is only available Monday - Saturday (not available on Sundays).
You can leave your bags with us between the following times:
Monday to Friday: 11am - 4pm
Saturday: 11am - 3pm
Sunday: Not available
Please note that all luggage must be collected before 4pm on Monday - Friday and before 3pm on Saturdays.
If you leave bags with us, you will only be able to return to collect them.
We are not able to allow you to come and go to pick up items you may need throughout the day, so please keep everything you need for the day on you.
All luggage left with us is done so at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for any issues that may arise.
Our building is covered by CCTV, but we still ask you not to leave any valuables with your luggage.
All left luggage owners will be given a token which must be presented to redeem your luggage.
