Miles of sweeping sandy beaches and spectacular walking routes are right on the doorstep. Barmouth town—with its harbour, beach, independent shops and excellent eateries—is just a 5-minute drive or a 30-minute walk away.

Enjoy al-fresco dining, soak up the sunshine and admire panoramic views along the Welsh coastline towards the Llyn Peninsula, with Bardsey Island visible in the distance.

The sunsets here are truly spectacular.

Parking & Access

The property provides private off-road parking for up to 3–4 cars.

The driveway is slightly steep at the top, but the main parking area is fairly level. Several stone steps lead down to the house; these are not particularly steep and should be suitable for reasonably mobile guests.
