You’ll find your own private access off the high street to the side of the property, so you can stroll down to one of the independent coffee bars for breakfast or enjoy dinner in one of the many restaurants. The house features a large, open-plan living and dining area which is full of natural light thanks to the big windows. The contemporary kitchen offers everything you need so everyone can get stuck in with preparing dinner. Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms - two double, and a twin. The two bathrooms boast walk-in showers, and one has a luxurious freestanding bath tub, offering you the best of both worlds when it comes time to rinse off the day and unwind. These are arranged between the second and third floors, making the space on the first floor the heart of the house.

There are many walks to enjoy nearby, with the Panorama Walk very close, as well as the Barmouth Bridge, where you can walk or cycle over to the Mawddach Valley, and over to Fairbourne.
