Great location, clean, well managed, properly stocked!! Six total adults with zero issues. A beautiful terrace with ample furniture for relaxing outside. Highly recommended!! If we visit Barcelona again we will come back here for sure. The only thing to consider is that the washer/dryer is one unit and the dryer does not work at all (not just this location, but the overall design of the unit).. we did as the locals do and hung our stuff out to dry...

The apartment is lovely. Has the basics you expect in Europe. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to. What was exceptional was the management company. They arranged all our transportation, came by the next day to complete and few things. Very professional. Our flight was delayed 6 hours and we did not arrive at the apartment until 1am. They contacted our transportation and all way taken care of. Very pleased and would stay again.

What a wonderful apartment this is. Very beautiful. We were two couples traveling together. The space worked perfectly for us, and was quite lovely - definitely our favorite accommodation during our two week whirlwind tour of Spain. Communication and check in were great, and simple. If I have occasion to visit again, this apartment would be top on my list!

Condo is fine, but when we arrived, the elevator was not working. We had to drag several very heavy suitcases up to flights of stairs. There is some peeling paint and some lights that don’t work correctly. So we could use a bit of work. Seemed a bit pricey for a pretty standard place

We loved our stay here. The apartment seemed even larger than in the photos, and having the terrace was a huge plus. Also, the apartment puts you in easy walking distance to amazing restaurants in L'Eixample, a visit to the Gothic Quarter, to the metro if you need to get somewhere further away like El Poble-Sec, or to the regional train system for a day trip. Check-in and checkout were seamless, including assistance getting a cab back to the airport.

My family of four just stayed here and everything was perfect. The photos do not do the property justice. It is SO charming; with the highest wood beamed ceilings I’ve ever seen, a huge terrace, comfy modern decor, and sleek modern bathrooms with great water pressure. The area was great; near lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and easy access to the Metro. The check in process was very smooth, everything about the apartment was explained to us and manager even reserved an early morning taxi for us since we had an early flight going home. The apartment faces an inner courtyard so there was no street noise/traffic to bother us. The only complaint I had was that I could hear the people above us walking around a lot at odd times and reverberating on the wood floors was quite loud and woke me up a few times. But the rest of my family slept right through it. Overall a fantastic place to have as your home base in Barcelona!

We were able to drop off our luggage early, which was a huge help because we got in early. The place was clean, great deck on the back, and plenty of space for us to hang out. Would definitely recommend.

We loved this flat! It was gorgeous. The location was great, the neighborhood is clean and quiet, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. My 10 and 12 year old girls shared the bunk room and my 12 and 14 year old boys shared the king! Plenty of space for us all. The ceiling were high and the outside balcony was perfect for a morning coffee. For you gym enthusiasts, viagym is a 4 minute walk and has reasonable hours and drop in fees! I would stay here agin in a heartbeat

This apartment is large and beautiful as the pictures show. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The check in was flawless and communication was great. My daughter loved the bunk beds and we all enjoyed the balcony. The neighborhood is fantastic! Steps away is Cafe Onia and it is is a must visit. Great fresh food and friendly all around. Located about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the Ramblas, this apartment and location reminded me of why I love Barcelona so much. I only wished that we stayed longer. Thanks again for such a wonderful accommodation!

No oil, salt, pepper or any spices in kitchen. No handy map showing nearby grocery stores or restaurants or metro stop locations. Third bedroom is a cramped room with wry hard substandard beds. The host offered 2 bags of chips and 4 beers at a 200% markup. BCN Apartment representative insisted I must pay daily city tax for 5 people for all days even though 2 people were only there for a couple days. Of course we refused and he backed down from the strong-arm attempt to get cash. Neighborhood is nothing special- need to walk 1/2 mile to get to special.

The apartment was perfect for three of us. Plenty of room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a great location. We could walk everywhere without issue. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning. We would stay here again without hesitation. Our only recommendation would be the TV. It was not set up as a smart TV and we could not access any apps, such as Netflix. As non-Spanish speakers, we could not watch TV. Typically, in other rentals, you can access your own account (so no charge to the host), allowing access to TV options. Thanks for considering that in the future.

Nice place and in a good location. We were told by the property manager to bolt the door twice but weren’t able to. After looking more, we discovered paper shoved into the lock (clearly on purpose). We were able to remove it and bolt it properly. When we told the property manager she didn’t seem too concerned and never followed up. A little unnerving.
