    Luxury two bedroom spacious apartment with 2 large bathrooms and 2 living rooms one with a fully equipped kitchen. Each living room has a 2 person sofa bed and the apartment is served by a lift and has access to a large roof terrace that is shared between 5 apartments.

    A reception is open for guests to check in and check out and secure luggage storage is available.

    The apartment is situated in the old city within easy walking distance of the marina, the old cathedral, the Ramblas and the beach.



    The Space:

    Luxury two bedroom spacious apartment with balconies overlooking the street. Each apartment has 2 large bathrooms a fully equipped kitchen and 2 living rooms with a sofa bed in each. The apartment is served by a lift and has access to a large roof terrace that is shared between 5 apartments.

    A reception is open for guests to check in and check out, offer local information and provide secure luggage storage if required.

    The apartment is situated in the heart of the old city within easy walking distance of the marina, the old cathedral, the Ramblas and the beach.

    The shared roof terrace is open from 10am to 8pm.

    - On arrival you will have to pay the Barcelona tourist tax, 10,45 Euros per adult per night.



    - Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. Early check-in fee (upon request): 25€ for arrival after 11:00 AM.

    If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.

    Late mandatory check-in fee (excluded from the price): 35€ after 21:00 / 60€ after 00:00.



    - Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.

    Late check-out fee (upon request): 25€ for departure before 14:00.



    - Maintenance Access: Guests must allow reasonable access to the property for inspection and repair of any reported maintenance issue.

Bel appartement très bien placé!

Bel appartement, spacieux et propre, et surtout très bien placé dans le quartier gothique donc très pratique pour les visites et ballades, mais aussi pour l'ambiance. Tout s'est bien passé, à refaire!

L'appartement est bien situé, propre et agréable. Nous avons passé un super séjour. L'appartement est en plein centre dans le quartier Gothique, nous avons pu casiment tout faire a pied. Je pense y revenir très prochainement et le conseille vivement a tous ceux qui veulent découvrir Barcelone.

Merveilleux séjour!

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine à Barcelone. L'appartement (celui avec la galerie) était parfait: propre, bien équipé, bien localisé , bien éclairé. Le propriétaire nous a accueilli au moment convenu et était très charmant. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans aucun doute!

Superbe appartement

Très bel appartement, conforme aux photos et à la description. Salon spacieux, grande chambre, douche a l'italienne neuve propre et TRES grande :) C'est très bien isolé de l’extérieur et des autres appartements, fenêtres fermées nous n'avions aucun bruit dans l'appartement. L'appartement est entièrement équipé, tout est moderne et fonctionnel (plaque à induction, four/micro onde, cafetière, grille pain, grand frigo etc...) L'appartement est idéalement situé dans les petites rues pleine de charme de Barcelone, vous trouverez multitude de très bon restaurants au pied de l'appartement. Il faut compter une dizaine de minutes à pied pour aller à la plage. Au bout de la rue vous trouverez énormément de magasins et d'endroits à visiter. Jordi nous a très bien accueilli et a su se montrer souple lors de notre départ, nous l'en remercions grandement. Nous recommandons chaudement cette appartement pour profiter pleinement de votre séjour à Barcelone.

Excellent location and great vacation!

I spent a couple of days in this very well located apartment in the centre of Barcelona and close to all tourist attractions, metro, restaurants and tapas bars. It was clean with everything we needed. I could only recommend it to anyone wanting to be in the beautiful old town of Barcelona.

Great Location

This apartment was everything we had hoped for. The location was terrific - there is a great little bakery right across the street and a nice choice of tapas bars within a 2-3 minute walk. The cava sangria at Barcelona Tapas ( think that's the name) at the end of the block was worth traveling for!

Owner was very helpful during the booking process. The apartment is unbelievably nice, modern with anything you might need for a trip to Barcelona. The apartment is situated perfectly, right in the city centre with many great restaurants, bars, and clubs nearby. If we ever return to Barcelona, we will definitely stay in this apartment.

We had a lovely welcome from the staff in the gallery next door. Really friendly and helpful. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well furnished. The bathrooms are nice and large and each bathroom had its own hairdryer which was a bonus. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. This apartment is really close to the cathedral and has lots of charming shops and bars nearby. We loved staying here and would definitely stay again.

Charming location

My husband and I just spent 3 nights in the apt and I agree that location was excellent! Apt was clean, spacious, quiet and Jordi was extremely accommodating when we had to postpone for a few days. The one weird factor was the lack of windows facing anywhere other than a wall, but perhaps this is because of the location in a very old area. I would stay here again, the area was charming.

Fantastic apartment - Ideal Location

What a fantastic apartment, ideally located in the Gothic quarter, very central to all of the sights and sounds of Barcelona and only a few minutes' walk from its sandy beaches. Everything you could need within walking distance, shops, fabulous restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets and of course the historic sites. The apartment itself is well equipped, clean, tastefully decorated & very comfortable & has the added bonus of WiFi. I am very much looking forward to returning again soon.

Gothic Quarter

Great location, apartment was clean and had great amenities for our brief stay. Close walk to many popular tourist destinations. The owner was very responsive. Alexandra was great and told us where to go and not go upon check-in. During our stay the only thing that was slightly annoying were the kids upstairs, who were loud, until 4 a.m., (oh to be young again!) otherwise we had a great stay.
