Appartement boutique récemment rénové et entièrement équipé avec balcon français, 3 chambres doubles et 3 salles de bain complète. Ménage quotidien professionnel de 30 minutes inclus du lundi au samedi. L'appartement peut accueillir 6 personnes avec 1 lit double et 4 lits individuels qui peuvent être réunis pour former des lits doubles king size.



Le salon/salle à manger/cuisine décloisonné offre amplement d'espace pour se détendre et se détendre après une journée en ville. La cuisine moderne est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour faire un fait maison. L'appartement est entièrement climatisé avec chauffage en hiver et dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et d'une télévision connectée.



Situé dans le quartier du Ciutat Vella à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique, des Ramblas, de la Plaza Catalunya, du Passeig de Gracia et du musée d'art contemporain.

Very nice space, clean, well stocked with items needed (i.e. cooking utensils, plates, cups, etc.). Hosts were super nice and accommodating, and even gave us a map with notated personalized recommendations for our group. Elevator goes directly to apartment which was super nice. Very safe and secure building. Close to cute bars, restaurants, shopping, and things to do.

From booking to check out everything was great! Sergio welcomed us to the apartment. He walked us through and explained everything. He left us a map and recommended places to eat and sites to see. The apartment is beautiful! We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Walkable to so many sites! I would stay here again!

Stayed in March 2025 for three days

We loved a lot about this place. It looks like the photos. Regarding the neighborhood. We really liked it. Close to everything. People everywhere (not in a crowded way) which attributed to why we felt safe. You see a lot of families walking their kids to school. It's urban so you will see graffiti/street art.

Great apartment, questionable neighborhood

Positive- nice and clean, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen. Well maintained. Nicely decorated interior. There was an elevator to get to the apartment and the outside doors had a good lock. We were happy with the apartment. Negative - we were told by locals (store owner, taxi driver, guide) that we were located in a dangerous area with lots of “pickpockets, mafia, and drug dealers”. We were told it was not safe to be out in the evening. This was at 7 pm. Also, While it was possible for every driver except one to pick us up at the apartment, being a one-way one-lane street, all traffic behind us would have to stop when we got in/out of a vehicle.

Awesome All Around

Beautifully styled property within easy walking distance to Las Rambles and the medieval city center. Quiet and secure. Has a convenient elevator. Kitchen was well equipped, linens, towels and some basic toiletries were provided. Communication was super easy. The staff even got us a cab to the train station with little notice on the last day. Really appreciated the beautiful apartment and super friendly staff. It was on the edge of a more working class neighborhood, but that did not in any way detract from all of its good points.

OMG - Amazing

We loved this property! The location, the historic quality --- everything was terrific! Only small thing, which seems silly to mention, is that the only washing machine is really used for the facility and isn't set up for guests. But there is a terrific laundry nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

This is a nicely appointed and clean apartment that is close to Las Ramblas but away from the hustle and bustle. Also conveniently close to a mini store. 1 of the 3 rooms was super tiny and unable to fit luggage in it, but otherwise I recommend.

Beautiful apartment in a very convenient spot

This apartment was perfect for our multi generational holiday stay. We could walk almost anywhere and come home to our peaceful apartment. Only downside was a shortage of storage space for clothes etc.

En Ville Apt at 61 Carme, Barcelona

The apartment is very well-located - many interesting sites are within easy walking distance or short cab ride. It was especially nice to have elevator service to the unit (after going up 1 flight). The four of us (2 couples) were very comfortable and the property was clean, appearing as it does on the website. The kitchen was well-stocked with plates, glassware, pots/pans, and silverware. We used the washer/dryer located in the basement (a bit tight space-wise but the units both functioned well and there was no charge for using them). There are food markets and restaurants very close by. Beds were comfy, showers and appliances worked well. It was useful to be able to store our large suitcases in the 3rd bedroom. 'Matteo' was helpful at check-in and responsive to any subsequent questions we had during our 4-night stay. A small complaint is that the lighting was too dim in the dining area so perhaps a stronger bulb could be placed in the hanging fixture to remedy this. All-in-all, we definitely recommend the apartment to others.

Fantastic Stay

The apartment was in a great location, short walk to La Rambla, La Bouqeria, and the Metro. Check in process was easy, Matteo was very helpful, great communication. The washer/dryer in the basement of the building was not really accessible, but it wasn't really an issue for us. Thank you Matteo and Eduard for arranging our cab pick up for the airport!

Perfect Location

We loved staying here. We were three couples so each of us had our own room and our own bathroom. The location was perfect - walkable to everything! The metro station was close by when we needed to take the metro to Sagrada Familia. The Apartment is BEAUTIFUL. While it was on the 3rd floor, there is a lift that takes you directly to your apartment.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay. The apartment is beautiful and exactly how it looks in the photos. The location is amazing. We walked to the Mercado de la Bouqueria everyday for snacks, fresh food and the super cool experience of this busy market. The check in with Matteo was very easy. We highly recommended this place!

Fantastic location and property

The best part of our visit to Barcelona was being able to stay here. Comfortable and enough room for all. Eduard was very communicative and helped facilitate taxi services to the airport. Would love to stay here again if I ever return to Barcelona.

Great location in Barcelona

The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. It was an easy to walk to many popular locations. The market and gothic district were just a couple of blocks away. THe master bedroom was a little tight- but the beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the loving room space and wood-beamed ceilings. My one piece of advice - we had some challenges with our flights and ended up arriving 12 hours later than expected. We didn’t have a contact number for our local host and had to rely on email exchanges. As it was late in the evening we were worried about someone reading the late emails and accessing the apartment. It all worked out - but was a little concerning after a long day. We would definitely recommend this location to others

Beautiful space

This place is every bit as nice at it looked in the pictures, loved the antique woodwork and exposed brick in the shared living space, and the furniture is very clean and new, and comfortable. The kitchen could have been better equipped - there was no salt. Also Americans usually expect amenities such as paper towels, kleenex, and washcloths, but none of the four places where we stayed in Spain had these. Otherwise, the kitchen was very nice, small but you'll be mostly eating out. In the large room with the shower, the showerhead kept shooting up so it had to be used as a handheld, until I jammed a credit card in there to hold it in place. Other showers were fine. The location was great - 3-4 blocks from La Boqueria and Ramblas, yet quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, really nice apt

Stayed here with my wife and adult children for a week in March 2022. Check-in was super easy, someone met us right at the building and showed us around. Very clean and recently renovated. Elevator worked great So we did not have to haul luggage upstairs. Great location near La Rambla. All aspects of the accommodations were exactly what we were hoping for
