- Les points forts : Propreté et infrastructures et conditions de l’établissement
- Les points faibles : Personnel et service
Fine for the price
I arrived and lugged my suitcase down a tall flight of stairs. When I reached the bottom, a bellboy came running out apologetically (though there's never been anyone at the top of the stairs to help when I've returned during day or night). The lobby is lovely, if smoky, but the front desk staff is unhelpful -- completely unforthcoming with maps, directions, eating recommendations, etc. I didn't even get an apology when I had to return to the front desk once because my keycard stopped working. The room is immaculate and nicely decorated, but definitely on the very small side, even for Europe. The bathroom is beautiful and the shower works well. The in-room brochure boasts the location in a secluded and desirable residential neighborhood... not what I was looking for! It's about a 5-minute walk to the Les Tres Torres train station but there's little to nothing in walking distance, at least from what's obvious given the unfriendly staff.
