« Very poor amenities. Old and drafty. Walls fixed with duct tape and painted over. Blinds are in I’ll repair. Oven dirty. Cobwebs and thick dust on ceiling fans. Extremely thin linens wash clothes and towels. No ironing board. Paint falling off and peeling in the upstairs closet. Dirty sponges from prior cleaning lying around. Upstairs window doesn’t lock.
