« I booked West coast private but due to a mix up ended up at the sister property South coast private. I was pleased with the apartment overall. It was comfortable, well stocked and beautifully decorated.There were lots of towels, beach chairs and good kitchen utensils. The property has a side view of beautiful Maxwell beach but it is very close to the street so at night you hear the ocean but also some street noise. I recommend including ice trays and adding a vanity for cosmetics. Linens...

« I stayed two weeks and it was a great stay. The only downside is there is constant rooster crowing and dogs barking. I’m from NYC so that didn’t bother me but it did bother one of my sons a bit. Other than that, it was perfect. The apartment is very comfortable and literally has everything you need. The house is in a prime location across from Mullins Beach, and is perfectly set up to accommodate a party of 8 (the top bedroom most suited to teens or younger).
