« Very helpful staff- gave recommendations of what to do and where to eat. Had to wait some time for our room to be ready. »

« Good property.. neat and clean .. good service »

« Clean rooms »

« Nice, clean rooms (even if small) and a very good breakfast. Staff was very polite and very helpful. Wish the location was slightly more accessible. Beds are comfortable but there was a lot of activity in the corridor late at night. There is only one lift and no stairs, so it was quite frustrating having to wait for 5 minutes for the lift just to go up one floor to my room. Still, it's excellent value for the amount I paid and I can definitely recommend the hotel. »

« Great Location , Good Food and Room Service . very friendly and pleasing staff . »

« Had a very comfortable stay. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to cater to any requirement. Great hospitality and a pleasant experience overall. »

« No appropriate tissue paper, the tv & air con didn't work. There was dirty laundry in the room. There was no duvet, people sleeping in the reception which was locked and had the lights shut. I had to bang on the door to wake the owner up when the website says that reception is 24 hours. They also did not provide breakfast when i had paid for this. »

« Good atmosphere »

« This is a great place to stay by the airport, I f you need to stay in Kolkata for a couple of days or between flights. The staff is extremely helpful, and you can order room service for the cost of a meal in a fairly inexpensive restaurant. rarely have I enjoyed this level of service in a three star hotel. It is on the fourth floor of a larger building. »
