Welcome to the Maeder family`s Baraboo vacation home! Walk to downtown shops, restaurants, and Circus World. Kids will love the playroom, while adults can unwind in the year-round outdoor hot tub or enjoy the lower-level game room. Situated on a double-sized corner lot for added privacy, this spacious retreat is the perfect home base for exploring Wisconsin Dells, hiking, skiing, and making lasting memories!

Our lower-level game room is perfect for friendly competition and relaxing after a day of exploring! Enjoy shuffleboard, darts, a classic arcade machine featuring Ms. Pac-Man, Galaga, and other favorites, plus a 55` Roku TV with basic cable.

KIDS` PLAYROOM

Little ones will love having their own space! Our dedicated playroom features a 43` Roku TV, comfy beanbag chairs, a kid-sized sofa, activity table, books, and toys.

BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Bedroom 1: Two king beds, 43` Roku TV, full-length mirror, and closet.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, 43` Roku TV, and closet.

Bedroom 3: King bed, 43` Roku TV, closet, and access to Bedroom 4.

Bedroom 4: Queen-over-queen bunk bed and closet. This bedroom is accessed through Bedroom 3, making it ideal for families traveling together.

After a day of adventure, unwind in our year-round outdoor hot tub or gather around the backyard firepit under the stars!

Our spacious backyard features a large deck with ramp access, gas grill, outdoor seating for eight, and a firepit with plenty of chairs for everyone.

ASK ABOUT OUR NOAH`S ARK WATERPARK PACKAGE!

Guests have access to the entire property with the only notable exceptions being the garage and some locked storage areas.

We give our guests privacy and make the arrival and departure hassle free. However, we are available if needed.
- All guests must be 21 years of age or be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

- The only pets allowed are dogs (maximum 2) up to 60 pounds each and we do not allow breeds that are widely considered aggressive such as, but not limited to, Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, etc...

- No smoking of any kind on (inside or outside) the property. Evidence of smoking, including smell of tobacco or marijuana, cigarette butts, tobacco or marijuana waste, burns, and stains will result in a $500 penalty.
