Everything with VRBO was wonderful and smooth. But unfortunately some unfortunate events happened at the hotel which had nothing to do with the property manager, it was the staff at the wilderness. So 5 stars to the property management/ owners but 1 star to the wilderness. We had water leaking in from the ceiling from one of our bathrooms from the room above us- the lack of communication with/ from wilderness staff was terrible. And after speaking with a manager things were still not handled properly. Spoke to our VRBO host and things were taken care of properly with them which was greatly appreciated. I would stay with the host again, just not wilderness.
