« My family and I had such an entertaining and enjoyable stay. Even though the weather wasn’t great, we still spent plenty of time in the backyard making the most of the swimming pool and spa—both were fantastic. The games in the basement kept everyone engaged, and the projector setup for movies was a real highlight. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. »

« Wasn’t mentioned it was sharing kitchen. Bathroom was so dirty to use. White basin, commode and shower all turned to yellowish. Kitchen was a mess. Dirty utilities all over the place. People from other rooms were using living sofa wearing shirtless clothes. Terrible experience. I didn’t even stay that place for more than 2days however i booked for 15days, requested owner to atleast refund me for a week. She denied. »

« There was an incident during our stay involving a small glass panel to the front door, which we reported to the owner immediately. We accepted responsibility and offered to arrange and pay for the repair straight away. However, we were advised that we could only use the owner’s nominated tradesperson.To assist, I obtained and sent through two independent quotes for comparison, but received no response. Shortly after, I was charged through the Stayz app an amount that was approximately five times...
