It`s in a quiet neighborhood and has off street parking for two cars. The closest trails of Acadia National Park are within a 1 mile walk. Climate control in every room as well as stacked washer dryer in the bathroom.

No animals please, no exceptions, our cleaning lady is allergic.

I live in town and am available most any time should a problem arise.

Very quite, safe and friendly. A stones throw from the MDI YMCA and town ball fields/bball courts/tennis courts.

The free Island Explorer Shuttle`s arrive and depart from the village green which is 7 min walk away.
Quiet hours in town start at 9pm so please no being loud past 9pm. No talking loudly in the driveway or on the porch past 9pm. Please take off your shoes at the top of the stairs when you come inside.
