« I really loved this hotel. The staff was amazing! They were so kind and helpful. They were understanding and kind when I had an issue at checkout time. Then property was well maintained. Whatever I needed from housekeeping was provided. They have a cute outdoor area, where you can bbq or just sit outside, next to the pool, which is open. Breakfast was lovely. « Booked this room for a member of our team. When he arrived he found blood on the bed linens of one bed and hair in the bed linens of the other. The staff offered another room but he decided to stay somewhere different. In their correspondence with me they stated that this person “was looking for a high end hotel” and I took exception to that bc no one expects blood and hair in their bed linens regardless of amenity expectations. I finally got my refund through Expedia. »

« Im sorry to say I ended up sleeping in a chair. I booked thru expedia and then called the motel directly to double check that I would have a wheelchair accessible room. Yes, the desk clerk said. The bed was at least a foot higher than my wheelchair seat, and there was no way I could transfer to the bed. Why are motels putting these new higher beds in what are supposed to be accessible rooms? Even the elderly and children have a hard time getting on them. The replacement TP was placed high on a...

« No iron. No staff after 9pm til 9am. No breakfast. »

« No coffee maker in room. Only had decaf coffee in lobby. Staff said was they were expecting a delivery truck but why not have extra or pick up some coffee grounds from a local store. Slept hot ac thermostat was set to 65 but was more like 75. »

« Staff was very friendly. From room to reception area, pool to even the parking lot….everything was clean. Substantial breakfast that included fruit, yogurt, pancakes, cereals, biscuits and gravy. It was a great value and will return. »

« Well situated near I-65. The room had been renovated so pretty good but very old building. The lobby and the attendant’s office were upside down. We weren’t inspired to take the complementary breakfast. Are room 202 the air conditioner made a lot of noise so we didn’t get a good rest. A couple of junk food restaurants close to walk to. OK for the price if you have a silent air conditioning or don’t need it. »
