Welcome to Price Peak Lodge at Eagles Nest!

This beautiful home in the Village of Eagles Nest is ready to accommodate your group of up to 10 guests. From the front door, you will enter the grand vaulted great room which offers a beautiful gas fireplace reaching the vaulted ceilings. It's the perfect place to relax around the fire or as you watch a show. The kitchen and dining area are connected to this main living space, making it easy for your family to be together as you spread through the main level. On the same level, you will have easy access to the primary bedroom suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom which offers double vanities and a custom-tiled shower

If you intend to prepare any meals during your stay, you'll love the floor-to-ceiling cabinets, custom granite counters and stainless-steel appliances that the kitchen provides. The dining table comfortably seats eight guests with another three barstools at the large, granite island. The kitchen is stocked with all of your needs for preparing a delicious meal. On warm summer nights, your party might be inclined to share a meal on the deck instead and enjoy the mountain view. With plenty of deck furniture, a gas grill always stocked with propane for guest use, the outdoor fire table, and a new hot tub, the deck is always an inviting place to unwind.

Upstairs you will find the second king bedroom and a queen bedroom, each of which offers a tv for private relaxation. In addition, the loft room offers 2 twin beds with two additional trundles. Open the loft doors to connect with the rest of the group or keep them closed to ensure a private space. A shared bath is located off the upper-level hall, which offers a combination tub/shower.

Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- This home is pet friendly for an additional $25/night. Max of 1 dog, 50lbs or less. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- The home has a septic rating as three bedrooms, and includes sleeping areas in the loft.
- The garage is not available for guest use, but the driveway provides ample parking for the home.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- The home has 2 security cameras camera 1 is a doorbell style camera monitoring the front entryway, camera 2 is mounted on the left side of the garage monitoring the parking area. No other cameras are present at the property.
- Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.

CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
