This is a pet-friendly home and requires an additional fee of $99 Per Pet to stay in the property. PLEASE NOTE: This is not a deposit and does not cover damage or additional cleaning as a result of the pet stay.

PET POLICY: Violation of our pet policy may result in a $300 fine per pet + cleaning expenses (if applicable). Disclosure of Service Animals is required. Undisclosed or Unauthorized pet(s) will result in a $300 fine per pet. If there are any unauthorized pet(s), your reservation will be canceled and will be asked to leave. No refund will be given under any circumstances, and you will also be fined ($300 fine per pet). Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) ARE NOT considered Service Animals and while ESAs are primarily for emotional support, Service Animals are specially trained to perform tasks for handlers with disabilities who require assistance with daily tasks and must remain with their owner at all times. SAs (Service Animals) are protected under the American Disability Act (ADA).
