Enjoy Gorgeous, long range mountains views from the deck of this Charming peaceful Condo which is located in the top of the Sugar Mountain, NC minutes from Boone and Banner elk.

Cozy up to a fire in the gas log fireplace or relax in the jetted tub after a day of skiing.
The surrounding area offers activities on the Sugar Mountain Ski Resort,
Sugar Mountain is a four season community with snow skiing, tubing, golf, tennis, and mountain biking with delightful restaurants and shops nearby.

Please be aware that guests should be capable of navigating stairs throughout their stay. There are steps leading to the entrance (please see pictures).

We had a perfect mountain weekend at this cozy spot. The view was beautiful! We took full advantage of the bus stop right by our unit to go skiing all weekend at Sugar Mountain. It was so easy, just make sure to call the shuttle and let them now you are from the condos and they will come get you/drop you off. The jetted tub was amazing after long days on the slopes followed by an old fashion by the fireplace. This unit was very clean and cozy.

They were very welcoming, answer questions quickly. A lot of times you travel and you have to take shampoo and stuff like that. As well as dish soap. They've got you covered! And it's a very quiet area!

We had an amazing time. Went to Oktoberfest right there on Sugar Mountain and had a blast! The fireplace was so nice to come back to. The place was extremely clean and quiet. The view is breathtaking along with the sunsets. Thank you for allowing us to share your home. We will definitely be back!

Place was great. Bed was super comfortable. Did not bring a pet this time but may next because of how pet friendly it is. Great views from the deck. It was also a great place to get out and walk every morning before heading out for the day. Definitely will book again in the future.

I would highly recommend this property. The condo feels like home; all the amenities you need to make it very cozy and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked; which we really appreciated. Our initial impression was somewhat confusing. We didn’t know how to get into the unit. A neighbor explained it to us. There are interior stairs to get down to the unit. Once entering, it was dark, because of the fact it is underground on the front side. Small bedroom windows are not able to be opened with one window being used to support a large hose leading to a loud portable air conditioning unit. Once we got to the back of the unit and were able to step out onto the balcony, all was redeemed. The views are breathtaking. From seeing the fog covered valleys in the morning to the sunset in the evening there is always something to impress. The unit is well stocked with everything that is needed. The hosts graciously supplied snacks, bottled water and coffee. Everything was very clean. I appreciated the opportunity to bring our pet with us. I look forward to possibly going back at another time of year to explore all that there is to see. The location is perfect.

Property was very clean. Would stay here again (and just may if we return to the Grandfather Mountain Highland Games) in a year or two. Was a little hard to find at first (not the host's fault, our GPS was just confused!). It's at the top of the mountain with very nice views and close to Banner Elk and Grandfather Mountain. Very nice stay, well appointed. Would recommend.

Serene & Cozy Jetted Tub Fireplace Mountain View Resort

We stay Thursday night thru Sunday. My girlfriend and I absolutely loved the resort. It has everything that a 200 to 300 a night place would have. The view was gorgeous, the place was immaculate when it came to cleanliness. The owners were very quick about responding if you had any questions. It has everything you need if you’re cooking there also. It’s also covient to surrounding places to visit. This Serene and Cozy resort I will definitely rent again. Thank you Simon & Julia for letting us rent this fabulous home.

Pleasant condo with a dramatic view

A nice one-bedroom condo with a great view toward Beech Mountain. The condo is on a ridge at the 4500' level inside the Sugar Mountain Resort area. Amenities were good; good bed, fine shower, solid internet connections, nice deck, nice sharp TV pix, complete kitchen and a nice selection of coffees and teas. We had a nice stay and felt the property was a good value at the price.

Spectacular Getaway

I booked this stay specifically for the covered porch and view and boy, it did not disappoint. The entire house was clean and prepared for a cozy stay. It truly felt like home away from home. Even my dog seemed to love the view of the beautiful mountains. The hosts were responsive and so helpful. I will definitely be back for another perfect fall getaway the next chance I have!

Glorious location

The photographs of the interior were accurate. It has a really nice ambience …. The view of the mountain ridges and sunsets are SPECTACULAR. The hosts are available 24/7 by telephone. We loved every moment of our stay. I hope fervently that we can return next year.
