➝ Must be 21 or older to book. A government-issued ID may be requested.

Guests will have full access to the entire home. Entry is through the front door with an electric lock, so check-in is simple and secure. You’ll receive a unique code before your stay, allowing you to come and go with ease—no need to worry about keys.

Note: We do not issue refunds for weather events or named storms. To protect your investment, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.

We’re so excited to welcome you! Before we can send over your check-in details (like the door code or keys), we kindly ask that you complete a short Short-Term Rental Lease Agreement—you’ll find it waiting for you in your guest portal.

It’s a quick and easy step that helps us make sure everything is safe, clear, and ready for your arrival. Once it's signed, we’ll send over all the info you need for a smooth check-in.

Early Check-In Option
Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, but we understand that travel plans vary. If you’re arriving early and would like to settle in sooner, we offer an early check-in option starting at 2:00 PM for a $50 fee (subject to availability). If interested, please message us with your estimated arrival time and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Our goal is to make your arrival as smooth and stress-free as possible!

To book a stay at our home, the primary guest must be at least 21 years of age. A valid government-issued ID may be required for age verification. We welcome responsible adults and appreciate your understanding as we maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests.
