The property sits in the middle of an apple orchard with long-range mountain views, giving guests a peaceful and scenic setting while still keeping them close to restaurants, shops, wineries, ski resorts, hiking, and year-round attractions.

Banner Elk is a favorite destination for guests visiting Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain, Grandfather Mountain, Lees-McRae College, local wineries, scenic drives, and the Blue Ridge Mountains. In winter, guests come for skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and cozy mountain weekends. In spring and summer, the area is popular for hiking, golf, rafting, fishing, wineries, outdoor dining, and cool mountain weather. The Tesla EV charger makes this a convenient choice for guests traveling with an electric vehicle. Guests should plan ahead during winter months, as mountain weather can change quickly. Snow, ice, fog, and steep roads are possible in the High Country, so 4WD, AWD, or snow chains may be needed during winter weather events.
