トイレがオーバーフローしました。部屋変更が速やか、スタッフの連携も良いです。 朝食、ラウンジ軽食が美味しい。 ホテルすぐ前に地元のミニショップあり便利。 私はタイの取引先が毎朝迎えに来てくれましたが、単独でのビジネスには駅や大通りから離れて不便です。

Les - : 清掃を徹底してほしい
Situation : 女一人旅には向かない。夜間に最寄駅から歩くと、薄暗い人通りの少ない道を10分以上歩くことになるので、トゥクトゥクかタクシーを利用する方が良い。
女一人旅で4泊しました。友人からRaddisonに泊まったら良かったと聞いたので予約しましたが、期待外れでした。 一番困ったのは清掃です。2日目の夜にシャワーブースの排水溝に髪の毛が残ったままでした。他は特に問題なかったので、そのまま苦情も言わずに泊まったのですが、さすがに3日目もそのまま。しかも石鹸カスのようなものも残っており、シャワーブース自体を清掃していない様子に、フロントに苦情を言いに行きました。そしたら、タオルを持った客室係の女性が来て、ささっと洗面台付近の掃除と排水溝の髪の毛だけを掃除して3分で帰っていきました。そこだけじゃないのにな・・・と思いつつ、よくよく部屋の観察をしてみたところ、使っていない枕はシーツ交換をしておらず、ベットのシーツもベットに織り込んでいる近くがシワシワ=交換してない??と疑心暗鬼になってしまいました。連泊なので、まだ我慢できますがこれが前泊したゲストのシーツを使いまわしているかもしれないと思うと、恐怖しかありません。セール時に予約したので、それほど金額は高くなかったのですが、15か国を旅行した中で4.5星でこのレベルはあまりにお粗末。その後、マネージャーらしき人から2日分の清掃の不備を2日分の朝食で弁償するとの電話が入ったのですが、チェックアウト時にしっかり4日分チャージされたレシートが出てきました。確かに1日目は申し込んでいたのですが、2日目は早朝6:30ホテルピックアップのツアーに参加しており、どうしても6:30からの朝食は取れないため、申し込んでいませんでした。そして残り2日は弁償で無料のはずと英語で訴えたところ、1日分の請求に修正されたのですが、重ねてお粗末。リピートは絶対にありません。友人に早速報告したところ、どうやら同じRaddisonでも、もう一つのブルーのランクが上のホテルに泊まった模様。よく確認しておけば良かった・・・

Conforto e conveniência

A localização não é bonita mas é estratégica, perto de metrô e de bons shoppings. Quarto confortável, limpo. Excelente café da manhã e spa com bons preços. Pesssoal do staff amavel.

The hotelroom was old and very dirty, not up to Radisson standard. Very disappointing.

Schimmel im Zimmer / Mouldy Rooms

Wir waren zu viert in zwei Zimmern für zwei Nächte im Hotel. Auf den ersten Blick waren die Zimmer okay...modern ausgestattet und alles nötige vorhanden. Allerdings versprühten beide Zimmer einen eigenartig strengen Geruch den wir zunächst einem Teppichreinigungsmittel zuschrieben. Bei Tageslicht war mir dann klar, dass es der Schimmel an den Wänden oder ein entsprechendes Antischimmelmittel gewesen sein muss, als ich die Flecken schön entlang der Wand verteilt sah. Diese hatte ich spätabends nicht gesehen. Eine Nacht war schon vorbei und nur noch eine ausstehend. Also hab ich keinen Aufstand gemacht. Allerdings ist das Hotel in dieser Form nicht weiterzuempfehlen, obwohl der sonstige Service tadellos ist.

Service not good

Bedsheets not changed . Front desk staff not helpful . Not keeping records for "breakfast included " but to argue with staying guests. Not worthwhile to pay at this price for the accommodation provided.

In line with our environmental policy we normally change this every second day unless it is very badly soiled. We will certainly make sure our literature explaining this is properly placed so guests will know this. Should guests wish to have this changed daily we will certainly do this for them. Nice stay at Radisson.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly from check-in to check-out they were always willing to help. The hotel location is good near both metro and sky train stations. Walking distance to Terminal 21 shopping mall. Just beware that when it rains the street of the hotel gets flooded but you can always call for the complimentary shuttle to pick you up. They have a nice gym and pool on the last floor and great breakfast Buffett.
