« What makes this place special is both the setting and the people. Nestled in the Netravali Wildlife Sanctuary, it offers spectacular views of the Western Ghats. « Super séjour chez Om Shanti, accueil, personnel, cuisine, tout est parfait ! Le seul petit ennui est que, les 2 séjours dans cet établissement se sont soldés par des éruptions de boutons (d’après mon médecin en France, dues à des « bestioles, puces ou autres …) boutons très irritants ! »

« Great hotel. We were a family of 4, and had a family suite with 2 connected rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My son became ill during the trip and they helped sort out a doctor and ckean the room Hotel was very clean. Pool area was great with bar serving food and drink »

« Très surestimé sur le site… 9 et quelques c’est une blague ou alors un coup de trolls… L’hébergement est décati L’appartement était sale et un tantinet deglingué… seuls les employés étaient top… et la piscine même si l’eau était parfois troublée… »

« Had a lovely stay in January for a week, the room was adequate for our stay, a comfortable bed, tv (if you like to watch tv), a/c and fan a balcony. The room is a bit small but wasn’t a problem the bathroom has hot water and good shower. The beach is a short walk from the accommodation lots of bars and restaurants around. I needed some washing doing when we arrived which Manjay (manager) sorted and was at hand for anything else needed. We liked Palolem and Sand Tent resort so much we’ve already...

« A lot is going right for this place. We stayed for 3 nights, and even though the room was, let's say, condensed, we didn't mind it at all. The service, warm hospitality, prompt attention to details, and above all, friendly staff was the highlight of our stay. « I booked the sea front room but they gave me another room when I arrived, the owner said that he was really sorry and gave me some money but not the complete difference between rooms… there wasn’t A/C in my room, no hot water, the towels and sheets were really old and stained, the wifi worked perfectly. »
