We provide a parking pass for street parking, usually found in the kitchen. If you happen to lose it, there is a $100 fee for a replacement. Please leave the pass inside the house when you're done using it.

Pet Fee: A $250 fee applies for pets. Please ask for approval before bringing a pet by letting us know in your first message.

Pet Limit: We welcome up to two dogs! If you plan on leaving them alone in the house, please crate them.

Approval Required: You must get prior approval for your pets, or a $300 fee will be charged.

Cleaning Fees: If there are cleanliness issues or damages due to pets, service animals, or emotional support animals, a $200 cleaning fee will apply.

Host was easy to work with. Wasn’t very clean. Floors were sticky. Was no access to patio as described on website. 1 queen mattress was not comfortable in upstairs bedroom. Accessibility was good and only short walk to a lot of attractions and eateries.
