Very nice hotel . I hope to stay there again.

The staff was great. The Housekeeping chief was especially helpful in returnring clothing I left in the room to me. The entire staff helped me be able to find unfamiliar locations. Very helpful to someone who did not know the area.

Who woulda thunk it?

Queen at the front desk went above and beyond excellent customer service for my fiance and I. She was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel property is very well maintained with CLEAN rooms!!! My only complaint is the low toilets in the bathroom, definitely not for the tall. The employees are nice, helpful and actually seem to enjoy working here. This was a relaxing hotel and the outside furniture was not only comfortable but inviting. Way to go guys!!!

Affordable and clean!

I've stayed here before. Place is always clean and cozy. Pool and hot tub is in a convenient area and is always stocked with clean towels. Will definitely continue to stay here when I'm in town.

Third time was NOT a charm

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel in the past three years. This trip was by far the worst. Another guest on my floor decided to take it upon himself to smoke in his room. Not only did the hallway smell of cigarette smoke but so did my room. It took hotel staff 2 days and 4 complaints from me as well as complaints from other guests to figure out who it was. They said they charged him extra. Well I paid for a non smoking hotel/room and I certainly didn't get that. The front desk has no change for the laundry facility onsite and I had to go to the gas station next door. I slipped in the parking lot after it rained on a painted flat surface that probably shouldn't have been painted. Not to mention the wedding party that was staying in the hotel decided to continue their festivities out in the hallway at 1:30AM. The front desk staff is ill prepared to handle situations. After expressing my issues to the GM it's apparent it's due to lack of concern from upper management.

Location convenient to BWI, Columbia, major highways to Baltimore and DC. Clean, comfortable and provides a nice breakfast. Close to several very good restaurants.
