« We had a great time in this lovely Cottage. We loved to watch birds and squirrels on our balcony. We enjoyed playing with the owner´s dog Ralph and canoeing on the loch. Portnellan is a great starting Point to reach almost every destination in the Highlands. Our tip for families ist to do the GoApe treetop challenge in Aberfoyle. Enjoy your stay, we did it. »

« Lovely property for a family , with all home comforts. Great location as most towns are an hour drive away at most . We went in Feb so lots of snow, which the kids loved, however if you went in the summer there’s kayaking and fishing on the estate . Also a massive patio area with beautiful loch views »

« Rooms were clean and comfortable, hot tub was great. Lack of resources to contact or text the property manager when we couldn’t get the front door to lock the first night or when the WiFi went down for nearly a day. No instructions on how to operate foreign appliances! The washer/dryer in the unit never got hot enough to dry my clothing so I ended up using the towel warmer. It took me over 9 hours to get two very small loads of laundry done. »
