They were very helpful. I didn't have breakfast there. I liked the room, very bright, lots of light, clean and big. I felt very comfortable to stay there. The only inconvenient was the noise from other guests every morning, groups tend to be careless when they visit one another rooms, they let their room doors slammed ALL the time, they knock on other rooms early in the morning, etc. Maybe some "silence" signs should be added by the hotel to have guests keep as quiet as possible in the hallway (to let working people rest or work properly)."
