Access to the Pool House is via a path which winds through the backyard past the firepit and BBQ area to a set of travertine steps which lead up to the deck and secluded Pool House.

Entering through the fully equipped kitchen you will feel amongst the elements behind the huge glass windows. These can be opened easily to create an indoor/outdoor kitchen with views out over the horizon and infinity swimming pool.

From the kitchen, there is another sliding door through to the indoor dining area which is perfect for cooler evenings. This space shares a double-sided gas fireplace with the adjacent media room (with smart TV) and boasts a rosewood mantelpiece with sliding doors for privacy.

The bunk room is also accessed from this area with an ensuite doubling as a wet area for the pool deck complete with a roman style bath and shower.

The sunroom, lined with corrugated rosewood and velvet cushioned seating, connects the house to the 2nd lounge area and two master bedrooms each with ensuites. This space invites you to curl up with a good book and cup of tea while taking in the view through the trees to the ocean beyond. The lounge offers versatile seating, a kitchenette and smart TV, a perfect retreat for adults or those looking to take some time out from the group.

The Master bedroom commands the Northeast corner of the property opens to a private section of the deck overlooking the forest and ocean featuring an ensuite with twin shower heads and sinks. There are 2 Nespresso machines and we provide all the basics such as toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwashing powder and Leif shampoo, conditioner and bodywash.
