« The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night...

« I would happily stay here again for the price and location. Beautiful, clean, spacious and peacefully away from the tourists! However, note: there is no laundry machines, no ac, no trash removal, and the 3 steep, tall steps to the house could be a chore for elderly or disabled. »

« The place was great and the location terrific. The only issue was the loud truck noise in the middle of the night. It sounded like an old diesel truck was right outside our window from about 3:30 am til about 7 am. Trash trucks going back and forth and possibly the snow groomer machine. It was so loud I couldn't sleep. The layout of the place was great and nice and roomy. »

« This unit was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils, blankets, towels, etc. The deck was fantastic for relaxing and watching birds. The proximity to the snow summit base was terrific! The foosball table was a hit also. Jason and Peggy the hosts responded to my questions in a timely manner and were very helpful. »
