The space
This is a four bedroom house . King bed in Master Bedroom, Queen bed in 2 bedrooms and a bunk bed in the 4th bedroom. There is a game room equipped with a foosball machine and arcade machines storing multiple other games. Hot tub is available for use. There is no smoking on the property and No PETS allowed. There is a maximum of 8 guests allowed on the property

Guest have access to entire house except the garage and some closets in the house used for storage which will be locked.

Loved the welcome signage…nice touch. It was the little things that made this stay special….like my dress was a bit wrinkled from travel and I was pleased to find a steamer….thank goodness. Also loved the assortment of teas.

This house was perfect for my family of 6. We made this our home base while visiting Baldwin & Brooklyn. The house had everything we could need. Check in was easy, the house was clean & spacious. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck & enjoying the beautiful fall day. We even walked to Carvel for ice cream!

Perfect Retreat

This house is perfect for a group of people. Plenty of room, beds, and bathrooms! Very clean and stylish! There are so many thoughtful amenities throughout like nightlights, phone charger station, black face clothes for make-up removal, and snacks upon arrival!! What you see in the photos is what you get . . . a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again! 5 star rating!!!!

Family Visit to Long island/NYC

The house was clean and decor was very sparkley! Well appointed, nice backyard. We enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated the air conditioner as it was very hot during pur stay. The sunroom was lovely. We ran low on TP and the host had some delivered asap! Some of the doors could use some wd40 for squeaky hindges, also the out door rug on the deck was a tripping hazzard waiting to happen. Kitchen could have used some foil for cooking. We took the LIRR to NYC, the station was very close. All in all a great trip.

Perfection!

The house was perfect for our holiday family reunion. Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed with many details and touches. The game room was a huge success. I only wish we were there in the summer so that we may have enjoyed the back yard. Would stay there again without a second thought.

Our visit in summer of 2024

I stayed with my wife and a small group of friends for a weekend. The house was perfect for our needs - clean and exactly as pictured, and was a great meeting space. Everyone was comfortable in queen or king size beds and the space was inviting with a nice kitchen and living room setup. Renee, the host, was extremely responsive and able to address any questions or issues that came up. Less than a 15 minute drive to the beach and also easy access to get into the city. We had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again if we were looking for a place in the area.

Wonderful stay!

We recently shared this home with another family for a lacrosse tournament weekend. The home was very clean and more spacious than we anticipated. The hot tub and game room were a great addition for the kids. The beds were quite comfortable and there many nice touches that made for a comfortable stay to include, soaps and shampoos in the bathroom, a welcome basket upon arrival, plenty of towels including designated towels for the hot tub and a very well stocked kitchen. It was the perfect location with quick 20-min access to the lacrosse venue as well as the beach. We hope to be back again next year!

Thoughtfully appointed, decorative and comfortable home.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property! The house was impeccably clean and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed, and then some! The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and appliances, making meal prep and morning coffee a breeze. The living areas were spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the cozy bedrooms and the outdoor seating area, and communal seating in the kitchen island. The owners clearly put a lot of care and their own unique style into making this a welcoming, comfortable and decorative home. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Beautiful and comfortable home!

This was an excellent stay for a family beach trip on Long Island! It was beautifully furnished and put together. We loved having the hot tub, back patio with enough seating for all of us, sun room for morning coffee, kitchen table and living room with plenty of seating, and arcade room in the basement. There are 4 bedrooms with 5 beds (one room has full or queen size bunk beds), so there was room for our 3 couples and 1 single to each have their own room. Everything was super clean and included thoughtful details like bath supplies and snacks in the kitchen. The check in process was smooth and the host Renee was super responsive and helpful. When we had a problem with the hot water, she came right away to fix it. It’s a short 30 minute drive to Robert Moses beach and even closer to Jones beach. Thank you so much Renee! We would absolutely stay here again.
